Payment Policy

  • All payments on Faceble are processed through Razorpay, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
  • Transactions are billed in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD, depending on the user’s location.
  • Indian users are charged applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. VAT is not applicable for Indian transactions.
  • International users are responsible for any applicable taxes as per their local regulations.

Transaction Identifiers

  • Payments related to wallet top-ups or subscription plans will include a Razorpay Payment ID.
  • Payments for event purchases, bookings, or internal services will generate a Faceble Transaction ID for internal tracking and user support.

Refund Policy

Pre-booking payment will be refundable you need to claim before product launch contact through Refund@faceble.com

General Rule: No Refunds for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products and SaaS-based services, Faceble follows a strict no refund policy. Once access is granted or a digital service is delivered, no refund, return, or exchange will be provided. This aligns with

  • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Global best practices for intangible, non-returnable services.

This policy applies to

  • Subscription plans
  • Wallet top-ups
  • AI-based or automated digital features
  • Event purchases and media access
  • Downloads and instant-access services

Exceptions — Refunds May Be Issued Only If:

  1. Duplicate payment due to a system or technical error.
  2. Failure to deliver the purchased digital service within 7 business days due to an error attributable to Faceble.
  3. Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction proven and validated by our technical team.

To request a refund under these exceptions, users must:

  • Include the Payment ID, Transaction ID, and a full explanation of the issue

Processing Timelines

  • Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

Faceble reserves the right to challenge any chargebacks or reversals filed through third-party
payment providers if they contradict this policy

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Faceble support first may lead to

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Loss of access to past purchases and subscriptions
  • Legal action, if applicable, under fraud or breach of terms

We encourage users to reach out to us before disputing any charges

Acknowledgement

By completing a transaction on Faceble, users:

  • Confirm that they have read and understood the Payment & Refund Policy.
  • Acknowledge that digital services are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Accept responsibility for ensuring correct payment details at checkout.
